Welcome to apply for the position of preschool assistant, currently located at Skogens Preschool on Vråen in Värnamo. We work with a dynamic learning environment that leads to increased opportunities for children's influence. The focus is on ensuring that every child can develop based on their own conditions and needs; therefore, planned and varied teaching is essential.

Responsibilities

As a preschool assistant, you meet the children and are part of the work team. You have a unique opportunity to influence the conditions for each child's development through an exploratory and creative approach. By being present and curious about what the children are interested in, you can contribute to creating security and development for the children.

Your assignment is to be part of the work team and to actively participate in teaching, play, and education throughout the day. The work is carried out in a trusting manner and in close collaboration with colleagues and parents.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with a preschool assistant education who has good insight into the preschool's mission and curriculum. You have a pedagogical perspective that combines professional care and teaching. You are clear and solution-oriented and have the ability to create engagement and job satisfaction. We place great importance on personal suitability.
